As a Licensed Electrical Contractor and Fire Alarm Supplier/  installer, Macson Electric has been part of the Fire Alarm industry for over a decade. From past experiences we believe we can add to the quality of Fire Alarm Installation and Verification. It's our goal to bring integrity back to the Fire Alarm Industry in the Ottawa Valley.  

In order to achieve these standards, Macson Electric & Fire Alarm completed the in-depth CertiFire Fire Alarm Electrician program through the Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario. A course taught by industry professionals and covers everything from Conventional devices to Mass Notification Systems. At the same, we completed the Canadian Fire Alarm Association Technician program and currently we are a supporting member of the CFAA. Macson Electric & Fire Alarm is the only Fire alarm company in the Ottawa Valley with both CFAE and CFAA designations. Continuing education from both organizations assures Macson Electric and Fire alarm will be at the forefront of progression in the industry.   

Properly functioning fire alarm systems are crucial to life safety in the event of an emergency, this is why fire alarm inspections and testing are so important. Building strong relationships with property managers and building owners, built on trust and integrity, is key to ensuring that when there is a problem it gets solved quickly. Troubleshooting and Repairing issues rather than up-selling and replacing instills this trust and adheres to the CFAA's “Code of ethics”.
